When will I receive my order?
For any Babyshop product that needs assembly, you’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you. At checkout, you can either opt for our super-fast 2-day Express delivery at an additional cost of SAR 100, or our regular scheduled delivery
For all your other Babyshop products, here's how it works. Order before 12:00 PM and receive your products within 2 business days in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. Orders placed before 12:00 PM to other areas will be delivered in 4 business days.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
If you’re not at home to receive a standard delivery, our delivery partner will call you and request you to reschedule your delivery. You can do this on your own simply by calling our Customer Support team on 800-111-10CP (800-1111027). We’ll schedule another delivery date and time that suits you better.

Will I be charged for delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of SAR 200 and above. If your total order value is less than SAR 200, you will be charged SAR 10 for delivery.
There will be an additional service charge of SAR 17 on all Cash on Delivery orders.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
